On Tuesday, 27th February, 2018, I delivered the keynote address at the 5th German-African Economic Forum, in Dortmund. I indicated that Africa must build value-added, industrialised economies with modernised agriculture, which takes full advantage of the digital revolution, if she is to create wealth and prosperity for her peoples.
I also called on the Minister-President of the State of North Rhine Westphalia, Herr Armin Laschet, and discussed ways of deepening the ties of co-operation between Ghana and North Rhine Westphalia, which is one of Europe’s most important economic centres.
