Moroccan low-cost airline Air Arabia Maroc has launched weekly flights linking Marrakech to London and Paris.
The flights were launched this week from Marrakech to Paris’ Charle de Gaulle airport and London’s Gatwick airport. The new routes expand Air Arabia Maroc’s services, which currently offer direct flights linking Marrakech with Montpellier, Pau, and Frankfurt.
The Marrakech-Paris flights will operate Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and the Marrakech-London will operate Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The Marrakech-Paris flight will also line up with domestic flights to Tangier and Fez.
“The domestic air service linking Marrakech to Fez will make the trip more pleasant as it will minimize the travel time between the two cities,” stated Air Arabia Maroc.
Similarly, passengers on the Marrakech-London flights will be able to combine stays in Fez, Tangier, and Marrakech, “thanks to our existing flights to these cities,“ the company said.
To date, Air Arabia Maroc serves 32 destinations from six Moroccan cities, bringing its total network to 49 routes. In addition to Marrakech, Air Arabia Maroc runs flights from Casablanca, Tangier, Fez, Nador, and Agadir to various European cities.
